DLP® Store ships your order according to the delivery method you select in your shopping cart. If you opt to use your own shipping account for your purchase, you will be prompted to enter that information during checkout on our secure order processing system. "Ships Immediately" Means If you place an order for an item marked "Ships Immediately" before 3:00 p.m. (EST), that item will be sent via your chosen shipping option that same day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. and before the end of business that day, will be given every effort to expedite shipping that same day. But, we cannot guarantee same-day shipping for orders placed after 3:00 p.m. (EST). "Call for Availability" or "Limited Availability" Means The product may need to ship directly from the manufacturer, which may or may not slow your delivery time. Rest assured your order will ship at the first available moment, depending upon inventory location and final destination. DLP® Store will contact you by email or telephone regarding anticipated shipping dates, and to confirm when your order ships. Weekends and Holidays Items are not generally shipped on weekends or holidays.   Special Order or Backorder Items We will notify you by email or by telephone within one business day if the item you order is a special order or on backorder with the manufacturer.
